At Home 4 Dinner we value your safety as well as your time and health. We follow strict health guidelines to ensure that the food products used are safe for you and your family to eat. Unlike a restaurant, we cannot ensure the safety of the cooking process. Because you take your food home raw, you are the final, critical checkpoint for ensuring safe preparation of your food. The following Terms of Use agreement is for your knowledge to safely prepare food. By participating in a session or receiving goods from Home 4 Dinner, you agree to the following:

1. I will follow all instructions and rules provided by Home 4 Dinner when using their facility and preparing the food made there.
2. If I am, or have been exposed to, any communicable illnesses or diseases I will not attend my session. I will call to reschedule or request Home 4 Dinner to assemble my meals for a minimal charge. I will follow the standard rescheduling policy when doing so.
3. All cooking instructions will be followed in preparing my meals. This includes cooking food to the proper internal temperatures.
   Chicken, turkey, or other poultry – 165 degrees
   Fish or ground beef – 155 degrees
   Beef – 145 degrees
   Pork – 145 degrees
4. I will bring my meals home promptly and freeze them immediately. If I plan on serving within 2 days, I will refrigerate immediately. If I will not be going home immediately (within 15 minutes) I understand that it is necessary to bring a cooler with ice to keep food chilled.
5. I assume full responsibility for the transportation and proper storage of my food made at Home 4 Dinner.
6. I agree to release Home 4 Dinner, LLC. From all claims, damages and causes of action or liabilities which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage and consumption of meals prepared at Home 4 Dinner, except in the case of gross negligence on the part of Home 4 Dinner.
7. I will solely determine the appropriateness and safety of serving Home 4 Dinner meals to people who may have specific medical conditions or allergies to any of the ingredients used and the recipes.
8. Home 4 Dinner meals are to be used for personal use and are not intended for resale or other commercial use.
9. I will share any questions or concerns with the staff of Home 4 Dinner.

Payment to reserve a space, as well as goods and services, is required in full at time of registration with Home 4 Dinner. Methods of payment are Visa and Mastercard. We will fulfill our obligation to have necessary food purchased and space available for each customer registered for a specific session. Changes and cancellations are allowable up to 72 hours prior to a scheduled session and may be made online at www.home4dinner.com by going to the "My Account" page. If a customer is unable to attend the session they registered for, and they are unable to notify us 72 hours prior to the scheduled session, that customer should call Home 4 Dinner at 772-569-6131 so that we can make arrangements to have their purchase assembled and/or delivered for our posted assembly and delivery fees. Deliveries are available only in the cities of Vero Beach and Sebastian and the surrounding area.

Home 4 Dinner, LLC., is an easy meal prep facility. We provide a facility and all ingredients necessary to prepare meals that have been ordered online at www.Home4Dinner.com, or by phone when necessary. We will clean, trim, and chop ingredients, as well as prepare work stations for customers to easily and quickly prepare their meals. In addition, we will provide recipes and step by step instructions for preparing the meals. Meals will be made by customers in containers provided by Home 4 Dinner (unless customer chooses to use their own containers) to be cooked in their own homes as meals are needed.
